Step 1
First of all get the latest version of iTunes on your computer, in case you don’t have the latest version then download and install the latest version of iTunes to your computer. click here to Download.

Connect your first iphone to the computer via USB. Select the iphone in the iTunes and then click on “info”.

After that tap the “Sync Contacts” button there you will see option to “Sync all contacts” or “Sync Group Contacts”, choose the one of your choice and click on the “Sync” button.

Once the process is done tap on the “Eject” button

Now turn on your second iphone, go though the Setup Guide to configure a new iPhone, now disconnect your first iphone from the computer and connect the second one.
